Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM AST will begin processing the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Caribbean: 7–15 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. ALN Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier services once the package has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping Origin All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers. Items may ship from various locations internationally, including Asia. This does not affect your order guarantee or customer service experience with ALN Boutique.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Multiple Packages Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered. Please don't be alarmed if you receive partial deliveries — your full order is on its way!

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to assist.
